Holy Grounds Cafe and Soda Box Shop is a student-run enterprise at Cardinal Gibbons High School, born out of our Business, Entrepreneurship, and Leadership programs. What started as a small coffee cart has grown into a full-fledged campus business, giving Crusader students hands-on experience in operations, customer service, marketing, and finance, all while serving up quality coffee, tea, and custom soda creations to our school community. Every cup poured and every soda mixed is part of a real-world classroom. Students manage inventory, handle point-of-sale transactions, market new products, and work directly with mentors and faculty to run Holy Grounds like a true small business. It is more than a coffee shop, it is a living lab where our students practice the leadership and entrepreneurial skills they are learning in the classroom and apply them every single day. Holy Grounds is proud to be part of Cardinal Gibbons' growing Business Management and Leadership pathway, connecting students to the Business Entrepreneurship course, the BML Academy, and the Gagnon Business Fellowship. Along the way, students learn what it takes to build and grow a business from the ground up, developing skills in teamwork, accountability, and customer relations that will serve them well beyond high school.
